A blend of top-quality Brazilian Arabica (40%), and Asian Robusta coffees (60%) roasted rather dark, Lavazza BLUE Espresso Ricco is a dense blend with generous crema. It produces a rich, full-bodied and creamy cup with a liquory, chocolaty flavour and persistent aftertaste. Roast: Dark. Grind: Fine. Aroma and Flavor: Chocolaty, rich and liquory. We recommend that this blend be used to extract short to regular size (2 fl oz or less) espressos and traditional cappuccinos. This is Lavazza's strongest and fullest bodied blend for BLUE systems.
