A blend of excellent Arabica from Brazil and Central America (40%) and Robusta from Southeast Asia (60%), Lavazza BLUE Espresso Amabile is a creamy blend with smooth and full flavour and after-taste. The special brewing process, combined with the right grind, yields a particularly round and creamy regular or long espresso, with a balanced aftertaste. Roast: Medium. Grind: Medium. Aroma and Flavor: Chocolaty, smooth. We recommend that this blend be used to extract regular to long size (2 fl oz or more) espressos, Americanos and larger size lattes and cappuccinos. This same blend is also available in a finer grind BLUE capsule, Espresso Intenso, for those who prefer shorter pull espressos, ristrettos and cappuccinos or lattes made with less milk. Patented BLUE capsules are individually sealed to preserve freshness and are ready to use without unwrapping, minimizing packaging waste. Each master case contains 100 single use capsules.
